When the paycheque stops: helping individuals and families cope with job loss

Unemployment isn't just a personal problem. It's also a community problem, especially during the current economic crisis. It's important to remember that you are not alone and there are resources available and things you can do for yourself during this time.

One of those resources is When the Paycheque Stops: A Handbook for Working Families Affected by Lay-off, Closures and Economic Crisis. This series of information and fact sheets was developed by United Way and the Canadian Labour Congress.

Check out the resource now.
