For students

United Way seeks to provide a learning environment for students from the University of Western Ontario and its affiliated colleges, the Ivey School of Business, and Fanshawe College. Internship or student placement opportunities may be negotiated in areas related to: communications, fund development, and social justice/ social work/ psychology/ sociology. • United Way regularly learns about opportunities at our 34 funded agencies. On issues related to poverty, mental health, and beginnings & transitions, we can often connect you to volunteer experiences at these agencies and programs
