The ongoing development of the Outcome Evaluation Initiative (OEI) has been guided by a number of community organizations that came together as the Outcome Evaluation Initiative Community Reference Group.
The purpose of the Community Reference Group was to advise United Way and its consultant, the Centre for Community Based Research (CCBR), on the development and implementation of the OEI, with a particular focus on the OEI agency training curriculum and delivery.
